VIBRO - FIN BBA Series Machines

These machines are used for Steel Ball Burnishing Process. The steel media has 5-6 times more density than that of ceramic media. Hence these heavy duty machines are specially designed to generate effective tumbling motion even with steel media.

In Ball Burnishing process, steel media is used for burnishing / polishing of soft metals like brass, copper, aluminium, mild steel etc.

BBA Series machines have inbuilt part-media separation facility. The separation screen level  is so maintained that even heavy steel media can climb easily to the screen. This feature is very useful for polishing small parts in large quantity.
